All of our Jewellery is individually made to order and whilst bettybalaba.net tries to ensure that the photographs of our pieces are as true to life as possible, because all of our jewellery is individually made to order some items may differ slightly to the images shown.
Bettybalaba.net aims for total customer satisfaction, if however, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to return ordered items. Returns must be made within 14 days following the date of delivery to receive a refund. We must be notified of intended return within 7 days of receipt to arrange the exchange of the item (s). The order must be sent back to us in its original, unworn condition and with all of its packaging as received. We will then arrange the exchange.
Made to order sized rings will be subject to a refund of 50 percent.
There may be additional charges incurred by ordering online which bettybalaba.net cannot refund. These non-refundable charges include: any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside of the EU and any additional insurance to cover return shipping. To return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns procedure form.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. Rings can be re-sized (within certain limits) but this will be subject to a charge.
If you should receive a faulty or damaged piece, please notify us within seven days of receipt and we will then arrange an exchange.
To arrange an exchange, or if the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please email email@example.com quoting your name, address, details of the product and the reason you are requesting an exchange/replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we advise you to return the piece or pieces via Special Delivery and insure them at the appropriate value. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
If you are returning an item to us for an exchange the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the order you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt).
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear or abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method that you paid for your order within 28 days of receipt of the return.
